TEACHING IS NOT ABOUT SHOWING OFF WHAT YOU GOT

Some people think teaching is about telling other people something they don't know yet. But for me, teaching is not about telling people about something they don't know yet. Teaching is all about sharing what you got. in this process something what we call " knowledge and science " is not enough to carry on the classroom. We need something which can bring the class into a friendly, fun and motivated condition. The way we talk to each student, the way we handle every problem which comes up from different students and the way we control them without being a superior one. In one word i can say it is a " sharing ".  A teacher should be able to be a student's friend, family, brother, sister and someone to whom they can talk to. To stay in this position sometime can be quite difficult for someone. We need more than knowledge that we studied at school or college. We need something which we can only get from the university of life. Ability to communicate well with other people, ability to adjust our mind n heart, ability to accept something different, ability to have a self control and a big heart to stay in a patient condition. So guys, to all of you who are interested to be an education practitioner whether it is formal or informal, let's learn and share in this blog. I'm gladly willing to share my knowledge of teaching and sharing with many different people, especially in teaching and learning English in a small place called " Kampoeng Inggris Pare ".
